I commute 70 miles each way to school 5 days a week, so with gas prices on the rise, I decided it was time to buy a more fuel-efficient vehicle for my commute. When I began my search on Cars.com, I blew off College Cars Chicago listings at first, because I thought there must be a catch...the prices were too good to be true. But since the dealership is located a couple miles from my house, I finally decided to take a look and see what they're all about. I am so glad I did. I spent 12 years in the car business myself and know how "most" car dealers are, so for me to sit here and recommend Zack and College Cars Chicago so highly means a lot. He is honestly one of the few good guys in the car business and truly knows the meaning of good customer service. Chatatham, ILWow! What can I say that has not already been said! Zack went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty in helping us find a car for our daughter. Other dealers could learn from him! Honesty, integrity, and EXCELLENT customer service. We were having issues with getting the shipping company to transport the car, Zack offered to meet me on Saturday (their busiest day) at midway airport because I was going to do a one way rental and that was the only place I could drop it off at. I guarantee you not many dealers would ever offer to do that! In addition, the car we purchased (which we love) was missing a radio antenna and so Zack has one shipped to the house, no questions asked. My only regret is that I wish I had known about College Cars Chicago for all my other car purchases. I have no doubt I will use them again
